CI/CD & Compliance Engineering

• Designed and delivered the end-to-end CI/CD compliance pipeline for GT & SDX on Jenkins (GCP) and GitHub Actions: automated evidence collection across 19 pipeline slots (test results, SonarQube, SAST, SBOMs), OPA policy-as-code validation, and upload to GCS buckets read by Hyperspace Portal.
• 7-gate pre-release quality gate enforcing green status across main pipeline, SAST, full test run, SonarQube pre-release scan, and Cumulus upload before any release candidate is tagged.
• Own the centralized Product Standards compliance evidence hub (ps-compliance) across 12+ SAP requirement domains (FC, SLC, SEC, PERF, DPC, ACC+), plus the developer pipeline documentation site (pipeline-workflow-docs).
• Integrated DORA metrics tracking (deployment frequency, lead time for changes) into the main pipeline via GitHub Actions, giving management visibility into delivery performance.

Process & Delivery

• Technical release manager for GT & SDX: defined the release process aligned with SAP Product Standards and set release quality criteria; facilitate weekly release decision meetings with Lead PMs, Engineering Leads, and senior stakeholders, translating pipeline status into executive-ready reporting.
• Quarterly SAP Product Standards exception cycle at SuMa level: coordinates cross-functional exception review with fellow Program Leads, tracks remediation commitments, and reports status to senior leadership — owning the program from identification through resolution.
• Mentored engineers and Scrum Masters on conflict resolution and career growth; contributed to hiring pipelines and cross-team retrospectives.
• Built gt-orchestrator, an AI-driven program management toolkit: multi-phase ticket pipeline, PSR compliance deep-dives, and a "/orchestrate release" skill that auto-generates the weekly release digest, publishes decision wikis to Confluence, and sets Sirius status — collapsing a multi-hour process into one command.

• Led QA for Contorion’s Elasticsearch-powered product search, ensuring high relevance and stability in customer-facing results.
• Built and maintained automated test suites supporting CI/CD pipelines running 5–10 deployments per day.
• Contributed to hiring — CV screening, technical interviews, onboarding, and mentoring of new team members.
• Championed quality practices in Agile ceremonies; acted as delegate Scrum Master and Product Owner to bridge technical and product perspectives.
